JOB TITLE: Administrative / Accounts Officer
JOB LOCATION: Garki, Abuja (FCT)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives visitors and directs accordingly.
- Takes call on the official corporate line and forwards messages to the relevant officer.
- Administers the processes and documentation for salaries and benefits for employees of the company, its affiliates and outsourced clients.
- Prepares monthly financial reports for the company.
- Manages the disbursement of payments to both vendors and suppliers as required or when due.
- Ensures that the office remains in clean and orderly condition at all times.
- Follows up on existing clients to gauge service delivery through regular and planned phone calls.
- Sends greetings and notifications to all clients especially on notable occasions or holidays [at least once per month.
- Assists in the development of business development and branding content and then posting online through various social media channels/handles.
- Post relevant updates of our current jobs and activities on Facebook, and LinkedIn channels.
- Maintains a Directory of support vendors including; electrician, Plumber, Uber Drivers, Carpenter, Newspaper Vendor, Computer Service Provider, etc.
- Maintains regular contact with relevant statutory organizations including FIRS, PENCOM etc.
- Provides secretarial backup to the principal consultant when required
- Ensures that documents being used in the office are properly filed in an order that can be retrieved when needed without much ado.
- Files tax payment evidence at Tax Office.
- Provides support to the auditor whenever an audit is required.
- Prepares report on a weekly basis covering; total income, increase in followership on social media; the number of registered workers; the number of workers provided employment; money spent; repairs or maintenance carried out.

- Minimum degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as an accounts/admin officer
- Ability to work with or without supervision
- Ideal candidates must be able to multitask
- Knowledge of computer and office tools.
- Graphic design knowledge will be an added advantage
- Female candidate will be preferred for gender balance
- The candidate must reside within Abuja.
Salary
- N50,000 Monthly.
