JOB DETAILS:
- We are looking for an agile, multi-tasker Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our managers and employees, assistsin daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements

- B.Sc / HND in Administration or related field.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
