Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
- Creating, updating and maintaining records and databases
- Updating office policies and procedures
- Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
- Preparing report on expenses, office budgets and other expenditures
- Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair
- Organizing special functions and social events
Job Requirements
- HND/BSc in Business Administration or Management or any other related field
- Minimum of 3 years in administrative position
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, scheduling appointments and updating calendars is a must.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
