Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive volumes through a channel, relationship building, monitoring and evaluating results to devise strategies
- Ensure the on boarding of different businesses on the platform and ensure its continuity and viability
- Leading people to pursue and achieve the desired objectives in accordance with established plans, sales goals and schedules
- Ensures customer and revenue growth targets are met through effective development and management of a distribution network
- Stay on top of all trends in the financial service/payment system in Nigeria sector and across the globe
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 -7 years post NYSC experience in Enterprise Product & Business Development or Sales & Marketing
- Minimum of BSc in Business Administration or a related field
- A post-graduate degree MBA/MS.C will be an added advantage
- Ability to plan, set goals, promote and improve service delivery
- Excellent knowledge of finance, business development & sales
- Ability to manage key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
- Strong ability to influence and work collaboratively with teams
- Results-oriented, customer focused, with a serious commitment to excellence
