JOB TITLE: Assistant Logistics Officer
JOB LOCATION: Allen Avenue – Ikeja, Lagos
JOB DETAILS
- Handling logistics activities and providing administrative duties.
- Act as the focal point for the receipt of procured goods and logistics services across the company locations following company policies.
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization across office locations.
- Documentation of logistics activities whilst providing timely reports.
- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, following up of customers items, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.
- Handling transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
- Track information and generate reports

- Must possess a minimum of OND, HND and B.Sc. (in any discipline).
- 1 – 2 years of work experience.
- Must be young, sound, and smart.
- Must possess excellent communication skills (written and spoken i.e., be able to speak English fluently and communicate properly).
- Must be computer literate, proficient in the use of basic computer software/programs i.e., Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- Must possess excellent customer service traits/skills.
- Be smart, confident, attentive to details, and a quick learner.
- Providing excellent customer service on a consistent basis.
Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
