Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary
- The role of the Business Development Executive is to improve the organizations market position, achieve financial growth and expand our clientele by identifying potential new clients, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals.

- Drive the growth of the company by generating new business opportunities.
- Source for new clients we may offer facility management services such as MEP Maintenance, Civil maintenance, Space management, HVAC, Pest control, water treatment plants etc. Via networking, cold calling etc
- Scout for properties to meet the requirements of our clients both for the purpose of rent/lease and sales.
- Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies and Prepare periodic progress reports on potential projects, markets and developments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational level of B.Sc./HND in a relevant field e.g. Business management, Estate Management, Marketing, etc.
- At least 3 years post NYSC cognitive experience in core marketing and sale of Facility Management services and/or Real estate leases or outright sales.
- Target oriented, self-motivated and a goal getter.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
