- Our client, a Premium Luxury Real Estate company is currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will sell Luxury Office spaces and Residential terrance.
- The ideal candidate is responsible for identifying sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Providing management with feedback.
- Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Job Requirements:
- HND, BSc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years proven working experience as a business development manager in Luxury Real Estate companies.
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills.
