To manage required resources and work collaboratively with other teams to deepen and diversify existing business as well as develop new ones to achieve growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Customer Management (External) Manages key client and customer relationships, typically by using account teams to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty toward the organization.
- Sales Sells complex, often customized products and services to significant customers and/or manages a sales department to achieve sales targets over a significant area.
- Budgeting & Costing Develops and/or delivers budget plans for own area with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Building Capability Takes responsibility for implementing a team’s formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues, while informally coaching others throughout the organization in area of expertise.
- Data Collection & Analysis Analyzes key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.
- Data Management Manages the development and/or operation of significant aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Leadership and Direction Develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility by managing others.
- Operational Management Develops and/or delivers a plan and outcomes for an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Performance Management Sets medium term objectives and takes responsibility for implement a team’s performance management systems with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Strategic Initiatives Management Develop and execute initiatives in line with the strategic direction of the Group
- New Business Work with the Group Head to develop the new business lines to achieve revenue growth
Education And Experience
- Academic Qualification(s): ▪ Good first degree (preferably in a business-related discipline)
- Experience (Number of relevant years): + 7 years relevant experience
