Summary
- Our client is hiring a Young Client Services Officer to help them keep growing their client base and interact with existing clients

- Interact with our clients and build relationships with them while making sure they are satisfied.
- Oversee our sales associate and ensure they are providing an exceptional customer service
- Organise creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Develop and oversee the implementation of client service systems
- Resolve complex client problems in a professional manner
- Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
- Keep records and documentation of client interactions to improve customer service
- Create monthly and quarterly reports to determine business performance from client interaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years prior experience in customer service or client service-related roles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to anticipate the needs of customers
- Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
- Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgement calls
- Superior organizational and Time management skills
- Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role is required.
