JOB TITLE: Corporate Hydrocarbon Accounting Business Analyst

JOB DETAILS:
- Monitor the company’s business performance by adequately collating, organizing, and tracking Oil and Gas production data from ALL Assets’ production facilities and prepare reports/presentations to identify strengths and weaknesses to give the business more focus and clarity into their team’s work to improve business effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Collate, organize, and publish Oil & Gas production data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, in order to track production performance and enable management to take necessary steps to meet production targets.
- Ensure that all collated oil & gas production data are accurate and published in time to meet the monthly Reconciliation targets with partners and third-party injectors (HEOSL, SUMMIT OIL, NPDC Oredo & Pan Ocean) to support the business.
- Responsible for Corporate Production Records and Information Management on the Company`s Information Management System (SIMS), which entails correctly storing and effectively maintaining the various identified electronic libraries of Corporate Production to enhance production efficiency.
- Serve as an interface with DPR on the National Production Monitoring System (NPMS) application, for upload of all Company’s production data to DPR’s system, as a statutory obligation to the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR).
- Act as Focal Point for the running and maintenance of the Production page on the Company`s Intranet.

- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any Engineering discipline or Numerical Science.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil/gas industry.
- Strong use of the Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoints.
- Time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Commercial awareness.
- Organization skills.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and management skills.
