JOB TITLE: Customer Care Officer (Bakery)

JOB DETAILS:
- The Customer Care Officer will be primarily responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company, assisting with complaints, orders, errors, queries and inquiries from customers.

- Resolve customer complaints via any means necessary.
- Proactively approach customers to educate them about the various bakery products and answer any questions they might have about the bakery products.
- Build strong relationship with customers.
- Interact with customers and get feedback on the various bakery products.
- Relay customer concerns to the company and advice on areas for improvement based on customer complaints.
- Oversee route operational activity such as ordering and distribution, promotional activity and meeting customer expectations.
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum of HND.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Good business acumen.
- Excellent relationship building and people management skills
