Main Tasks
Advertisements
- To make and receive outbound and inbound calls respectively.
- To resolve customers complaints satisfactorily.
- To manage clients database and to keep clients database up to date.
- To enlighten customers on products and services.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of B.Sc/HND in any related field.
- Must possess good telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
- Must be proficient in the use Microsoft Office.
