JOB DETAILS
- Your day-to-day tasks as a digital designer will include collaborating with other teams to define requirements, iterating on design solutions, and contributing expertise for various digital products.
- One of the most important aspects of your job is to create digital assets for a variety of platforms, such as websites and apps, social media, display advertising.
- Gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components are all responsibilities of a UI/UX Designer.
- You should have prior experience with design software and wireframe tools to be successful in this role. We’d like to meet you if you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications

- Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers /PMMs and software developers
- Test assets and optimize based on their performance.
- Iterate new designs based on user feedback.
- Create digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (social, display advertising, eCommerce, websites, mobile apps, etc.).
- Create website assets from hero design to web animations.
- Create email designs for CRM programs and coordinate the creation of email templates in HTML.
- Design and develop homepages, social media posts, landing pages, and email concepts.
- Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.
- Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation.

Minimum Qualification, Experience and Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing/advertising/communications which included graphic design and copywriting
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of best practices for digital design (ie, resolution, file set-up, file types, etc.)
- Graphic layout skills and knowledge for digital and print
- Knowledge of retail packaging design requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills, and strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with marketing & sales teams
- Creative vision and ability to communicate brand message
- Must exhibit a curious, positive and enthusiastic approach while working in a team environment.
