JOB TITLE: Female Client Service Officer
JOB LOCATION: Ode Omu, Osun
JOB DETAILS:
- We are hiring a Female Client Service Officer to provide an exceptional level of service to our Client (Tertiary Institution).
- You will assist them in understanding our services and identify solutions to fit their needs whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.

- Develop strong relationships with our Client and demonstrate how we can add value to their business.
- Identify potential Client needs/ opportunities to grow our business
- Educate the Client on our services range
- Provide technical support and advice for Client and refer technical related issues to the Academy Manager.
- Assist other team members where required during peak times.
- Set clear and achievable expectations with clients and ensure timeframe is achieved
- Must be able to facilitate ICT courses.
Academic Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable Institution
- 2 – 4 years working experience in the same capacity either in Educational Sector or ICT Industry
- Data entry and accurate typing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude)
- Ability to sell and cross sell
- Ability to multi task and prioritize.
