- Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Account and Administrative department
- Prepares weekly, monthly and annual reports of finance and administrative activities.
- Maintain a record of assets and liabilities of the company.
- Processes payment transactions, Cash management, and disbursement
- Ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
- Carries out banking activities/transactions.
- Manages other administrative employees
