JOB DETAILS:
- The Head of Corporate Services is responsible for the direction and management of Corporate Services of the organization and for ensuring the provision of high-level systems and services for all administrative functions, including building facilities, procurement and related support activities.

- Provide positive and professional leadership to staff in Corporate Services, ensuring that the department delivers effective support to the activities of the organization
- Coordination, monitoring and ongoing improvement in organizational procurement practices, including maintaining an approved provider register.

- Deliver good governance, leadership and efficient operational delivery including direct administrative support to key senior personnel when required
- Lead compliance with Health & Safety requirements and contract support
- Assess and manage risk related to procurement, lease management and facilities management.
- Oversees the activities of the Administration unit and staff to ensure maximum availability of the Company’s resources
- Participates in negotiations to ensure assets and services are procured at the best price for the Company
- Oversees the activities of the Facilities Management unit and staff to ensure maximum availability of the Company’s resources
- Participates in negotiations to ensure services are procured at the best price for the Company
- Accountable for the capital and operating expenditure of the unit.
Required Skills
- Strong managerial skills, including motivating, developing, coaching and leading teams;
- Ability to conceptualize, innovate, plan and execute ideas and to transfer knowledge and skills;
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
