- We are looking to recruit Head Product Marketing & Sales, who will perform activities such as product pricing, product strategy & analysis, product positioning to target consumers, sales messaging development, competitive analysis, and product differentiation.
- S/he will bridge the gap between product development & management, market communications and sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee creation of market collateral, developing marketing metrics & systematic approaches for obtaining comprehensive consumer, market, and competitive analyses that support strategic organizational decisions and product marketing tactics.
- Support sales and market through sales tools, training and market expertise to ensure their ability to effectively position and sell products.
- Establish effective relationships with cross-functional partners in order to drive commercially effective, timely, and on-time product strategies, product budgets, and product launches.
Requirements
- Minimum educational level – Bachelor’s Degree in social science or humanities or HND with a Master’s Degree
- Minimum requisite experience – at least 10 years work experience in the area of Business Development, Marketing & Sales in a bank including at least 5 years at management level.
- Knowledge of bank’s Product/services.
- Knowledge of developing commercial propositions and successfully bringing new products to market
- Knowledge of market research and analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of Marketing Strategy and sales principles & practices.
