Job Tasks
- The successful person will be responsible for establishing, leading and managing the Strategic Information, Quality Improvement, Health Informatics and Surveillance units. S/He will oversee the design and implementation of the project’s MEL system in coordination with other HQ Senior Management team and manage all research and project activities for the organization. S/He will continuously supervise the department leads to implement Surveillance, Quality Improvement, Monitoring and Evaluation and Health Informatics activities.

- Must possess a degree in Medical Sciences (MBBS / B.Pharm), Behavioural / Social Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics or relevant field. A Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) is required for this position.
- Must have minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the field of HIV/AIDS care and relevant experience supporting the implementation of M&E systems, planning and executing program evaluation.
- This position requires knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement, monitoring and evaluation methods, Surveillance scientific writing and documentation and Health Informatics.
