Job Summary
- This role would be responsible for both the HR & administrative functions of the business.
Job Description
Administrative Tasks:
Advertisements
- Handle office expenses and petty cash.
- Procurement of assets and stationery.
- Make logistics arrangements where necessary
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Effective vendor and supply chain management
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
Human Resources Tasks:
- Develop and monitor overall HR system, tactics, policies and procedures for employees in compliance with organisation needs and labour law.
- Plan and facilitate HR activities in the organisation such as recruitment, employee relation, payroll administration.
- Nurture a positive and productive environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational level of B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any other related field.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a HR and Administrative officer
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
