Core Responsibilities
Advertisements
- Recruiting, training and developing staff
- Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
- Pensions and benefits administration
- Approving job descriptions and advertisements
- Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
- Organising staff training sessions and activities
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Required Experience / Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or equivalent in Management or Social Sciences. (A professional HR qualification will be an added advantage).
- Knowledge of Orion ERP will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
