JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an HR Professional with great communication and interpersonal skills, the typical job role includes the following, but is not limited to:
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Assist the Principal or VP in interviewing applicants about their experience, education, and skills
- Write up job descriptions
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Refer qualified candidates
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Process paperwork
- Organize employee files
- Perform ad-hoc duties relating to the job.
Qualifications
Advertisements
- BA in Human Resource Management or other related degrees
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be computer literate ( should be able to use Microsoft office minimum)
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- HR Credentials prefered but no required(e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
