- Supervise the execution of maritime works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures and verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame.
- Support the subcontractors or the direct hiring personnel ensuring the feasibility (availability of drawings and materials) of the works
- Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of the maritime works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring the management of the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments, overseeing the availability of the construction materials and equipment and verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule
- Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, or any other related field
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years’ relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of different types of vessels and their characteristics as well as different types of cranes, equipment, heavy vehicles, and their characteristics
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
