JOB DETAILS:
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
- Resolve key client issues and complaints
- Develop a complete understanding of key account needs
- Manage communications between key clients and internal teams
- Conduct strategic planning to improve client results
- Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management
- Expand relationships and bring in new clients.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a related field
- Previous work experience in Sales, Management, Key Account Management, or relevant experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
