Job Title: Key Account Specialist
Location: Plant, Ughelli – Delta
Job Description:
- To manage customer accounts, follow up, and meet with assigned customers in the coverage area for orders, payments, forecasting, and indications, while coordinating deliveries and pick-ups.

- Follow up and manage all orders, payments, forecasts, indications, delivery, and pick-ups with designated customers.
- Reports on the status of customer visits and other pending issues to the respective Key Account Manager
- Coordinate with other departments in the plant on commercial matters as requested by Key Account Manager
- Carry out weekly/monthly reconciliation of accounts with the Accounts Department to ensure that sales figures on both sides are in agreement
- Prepare invoices for cash transactions and handle all cash sales as well as other Sundry Customers.
- Update individual Customer cards and record customer invoices in sales Register
- Responsible for the internal distribution of mails generated by the Commercial Department
Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Sales or any other related field
- Commercial experience in a B2B company is preferable
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Key Accounts
- Experience in sales & logistics
