Job Title: Medical Business Development Manager

Job Details:
- The primary objective of this function is to establish the company as a dominant player in the Health sector via the development and management of vibrant Corporate Clientele base, Retail, SME, Partnerships, Public sector, and Emerging market.
- The critical direction is to lead the Company to become a dominant player in the digital health and primary health business segment, manage client relationships for sustainable growth and acquire profitable mass retail within a five-year period.
- The overall responsibility will be to find new business prospects, generate sales leads and contacts that will lead to closed sales.
- Drive strategic relationship management with existing clients while also sourcing new clients and opportunities.
- Primarily market and sell the company’s digital and onsite services to Institutional clients within the private sector and clients within the retail, SME, partnerships, public sector, and emerging market.
- Grow the business and identify new opportunities in advance of the competition.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field.
- Post graduate degree in Marketing, Public health Sales or Business administration is an added advantage.
- 10+ years’ experience in business development including 3+ years’ experience in the healthcare sector.
- The ideal candidate should have strong communication & organizational skills; with proven ability to meet/exceed targets and deadlines.
- The candidate should possess good customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Risk Management techniques & Strategic Relationship Management is also needed to excel in the role.
