JOB TITLE: Office Assistant

JOB LOCATION: Port Harcourt, Rivers

JOB DETAILS:

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Filing
  • Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritising workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting client.

Eligibility

  • Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification
  • Applicant must have 1 to 3 years experience with a ride-hailing firm with IT knowledge.
  • Applicant must possess good computer and telecommunication skills.
  • Applicant must be innovative and creative.
  • Applicant must have the ability to work to achieve set targets and goals.
  • Applicant must have the ability to work in a competitive environment.
