- The Operations Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager of the Clinic. S/he will undertake all process improvement duties in line with his / her outline Job description. This includes collecting data on all processes and working with the teams on improvement projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- To perform this job successfully, s/he must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Duties
Administrative Duties:
- Review existing processes and procedures across various departments and recommends improvements
- Work with various departments to achieve improvement plans
- Lead Kaizen improvements across the organization
- Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
Qualifications & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration any management related field of study
- LEAN Management Certification and Training
Work Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years experience handling roles as process improvement, LEAN implementation
