JOB TITLE: Product CEO / Regulatory Advisory

Job Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of product development architecture.
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to work with large teams.
- Understanding of design quality standards.
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
- Shares and decomposes Features into user stories (non-technical).
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs.
- Recognized voice of the business to the team.
- Works closely with Project Manager to represent capabilities and features at team level.
- Provide expert and strategic legal advice to management.
- Set internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors.
- Evaluate and weigh multiple inputs and impacts of any decision or course of action.
- Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically.
- Identify proactive solutions that will eliminate or mitigate risks.
- Base your decision-making process on ethics and integrity.
- Create associations of trust and respect with key stakeholders.
- Deal with external parties (regulators, external counsel, politicians, clients).
- Attract, develop, direct, motivate and drive performance from team.
- Draft agreements that minimize risks and maximize legal rights.
- Meet legal objectives.
- Deal with complex, significant matters that cut across legal and related areas.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes.

- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Law (BL / LLB) qualification.
- Minimum of 7 years work experience.
- Must be a notary public.
- Must be CAC accredited.
- Must be a lawyer registered to practise in Nigeria.
- Public speaking ability.
- You must be tech-savvy.
- Must have a strong professional network.
- Must be a team player.
