JOB TITLE: Programme Coordinator
JOB LOCATION: Maiduguri, Borno
JOB DETAILS:
Working under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) in Nigeria, the direct supervision of the Head of Sub-Office and in close coordination with the Resources Management Unit, Programme Support Unit (PSU) in Abuja, and with relevant units at Headquarters (HQs) and the Regional Office(RO), the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the provision of support in project development, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), and reporting for all IOM programmes in north-east Nigeria.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Master’s degree in Political or Social Science, Business Administration, International Relations, Law or a related field from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience; or
- University degree in the above fields with seven years of relevant professional experience.
Experience:
- Experience in emergency response in the field, post conflict and other displacement situations;
- Experience in coordinating with various programme units and ability to establish and maintain working relations with government counterparts, UN agencies;
- Experience in Project design and donor liaison.
