JOB TITLE: Sales Development Associate
JOB LOCATION: Nigeria
JOB DETAILS:
- Assess all client needs and promote suitable products
- Engage inbound leads to get them to purchase readiness
- Grow existing accounts by generating and qualifying leads
- Manage existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for upsells
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure our software always meets user requirements.
- Report all sales activities back to growth and business teams.
Job Requirements

- B.Sc in Business or Marketing preferred but not compulsory
- Minimum of 2 years working in software sales or similar role
- Written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing
- Working knowledge of CRM (preferably Hubspot) and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in creating marketing-focused email copy
- Proactive and self-driven approach to tasks
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong sense of time management and organization.
