- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the promotion of the company’s products to clients and prospects by creating and implementing effective sales strategies and converting leads.

- Conducting research on potential clients and analyze sales options for the company
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through relationship building, cold calling, networking and via social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate sales pitch/ presentation on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Responsible for lead generation for the company.
- Explain importance of firm’s product to prospects.
- Identify buyer persona profiles for the firm
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/ close deals and handle enquiries, queries, complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members for enhanced efficiency
- Prepare a comprehensive report on competitors and make sales forecast
- Handling of customers questions, enquiries and complains.
Person Specification
- 3 years cognate experience in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- First Degree in any relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
- Experience in the Real Estate sector will be an added advantage.
