- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. Managing, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and meeting sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head, Sales
- Implement strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Mentor, coach and manage the performance of resource in direct supervision
Requirements
- B.Sc degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sale of real estate products
- Experience is Real Estate sales is a compulsory
- Experienced in selling affordable housing and selling through NHF is desirable
- Strong leadership skills.
