JOB DETAILS:
- We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales officer to determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.
- The sales officer’s responsibilities include recommending improvements to current sales strategies, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, as well as preparing accurate sales and expense reports.
- You should also be able to continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, physical marketing, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Collaborating with the other team members to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Analyzing competition to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year sales experience and proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience working in the corporate gifting, promotional product or branding company is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
