JOB TITLE: Sales Supervisor
JOB LOCATION: Zaria, Kaduna
JOB LOCATION:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Managing objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Deliver presentations from time to time and demonstrate products to customers.
- Provide a daily recap of results and accomplishments to the regional manager.
- Work with the sales manager in negotiating prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data and present reports to the regional sales manager
- Handle the processing of all orders from distributors with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies of the contract from the distributor
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required
- HND / Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Ability to work in an extremely high-pressure high accountability environment.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Ability to speak Hausa fluently
