Responsibilities
Advertisements
- Ensure productivity and turnaround time on variances are in line with company policies, procedures and standards
- Monitoring control for Sales Team owing as secondary sales support to distributors
- Support, Train and Mentor Sales Audit Processor team members
- Reporting on competition vs company’s sales development activities
- Evaluation of sales route mapping and adherence by sales team
- Validation of companies internal schemes and/or sales promotional reach on ground
- Sales Team spending validation and analysis
- Distributors validation for accounting statement signoff
- Resolve inquiries arising around sales audits from retail store leadership
- Audit sales refunds, voids, tax–exempts sales and deposit slips
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 – 5 years sales/audit experience in FMCG environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Suitable candidate must possess strong communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain a culture of trust and respect.
- Combined experience for audit and FMCG sales execution will be added advantage.
