JOB DETAILS:
- Responsible for all online sales related activities of Jamara home appliances all brands.

- Jamara Home (Online Sales Portal-In House)
- Online Back Office Task ( Jonline) – Uploading of : Products, Prices, Stock, Pictures & Content.
- Jonline Update Order, Delivery Status & Cancellation – Double check and reconciliation with Power BI /AX info.
- Data Analysis – (Report Analysis – All segments) KA Reports + Price Benchmarking (All Segments – Online + KA + OM) + Secondary Sales Report ( All Segments) + Management Reports.
- Online Partners
- Online Back Office Task (Online Partners) – Uploading of: Products, Prices, Stock, Pictures & Content.
- Online Sales Ex. (Partners) – Sales, Collection, Delivery, Account Reconciliation, Stock-Inbound & Claims.
- Communicating delivery date and time to the Logistic team via phone and mail, follow up on delivery with logistic team, Online partner team on delivery and inbounding of items
- Stock update, Price update
- Online Partners returns data analysis
- Online Partners returns RTV mail sent to logistic
- Online Partners returns – SO number finding on AX, sending mail to store with SO number for returns to be done.
- Payment confirmation Online Partners deposit (Payable)
- Payment information data download, data analysis, Payment allocation preparation sheet for credit control
- Other online portal order analysis, Courtesy calls to customer for order verification and address verification
- Liaising with Manager on cancellation, Order cancellation mail to Manager, Order cancellation done on other platform
- Customer creation for approved and correct orders, PFI creation, Customer data sheet update.
- Liaising with logistic for delivery over phone and sending order details
- Delivery follow-up with Logistic and customer.
- Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition, or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of OND or its equivalent in relevant courses.
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in relevant courses will be a plus.
- 2 – 5 years relevant experience.
