Job Description
- Manage and deliver growth with new and existing customers.
- Develop and nurture a dynamic and competent workforce through a robust performance-driven culture.
- Ensures that the hospital’s financial goals are met, including monthly profitability targets.
- Develop and manage a strategy for growth in the Hospital by converted action.
- Develop and support growth of the hospital.
- Provide information relating to market trends, business conditions, and competitive activities.
- Maintain technical competence in the hospital Business, including healthcare product technologies, application techniques, and regulatory issues that impact on the hospital.
- Proactively sell HMO and our services to targeted Key companies and industries within current and potential markets.
- Pursue long-term opportunities of these accounts.
- Create and manage documented strategy plan for each Key Account with quarterly reviews.
- Write proposals for prospects as needed.
- Self-manage appointments and opportunities to facilitates growth and increase revenue.
- Follow daily/weekly/monthly plans as outlined by the marketing/Sales Unit.
- Making cold calls, giving presentations and visiting potential HMO to prospect for new business/ generating business i.e. achieving set targets by maximizing sales.
- Manage Professional relation with all the existing and new patients and consultants via meeting, telephone calls and emails.
- Ensuring a quick turnaround of proposalsand other correspondence with the clients and vendors.

- 5 – 7 years Experience.
Salary
100,000 – N150,000 / month.
