- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Quantitative Economics, Business Administration or equivalent Business discipline
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 5 of which should be in the mobile money finance operations-related environment.
- Knowledge of risk and regulatory of the Mobile Financial Services industry
- Good understanding of accounting/financial standards, principles, and ability to resolve basic financial problems
- Very good knowledge and presentation skills using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other relevant software (for the purpose of analyzing data and producing reports)
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs.
- The candidate should be comfortable multi-tasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.
